CLASSROOM WORKSHOPS

  • Several of the presenters at Writers Week will be facilitating a more intimate classroom workshop for any students who are interested in attending during their lunch/free periods, or after school. Only a limited number of students will be allowed in each workshop, so be sure to sign up early by completing the form below.

  • If you get into the workshop, you will receive a paper ticket sometime during Writers Week before the workshop takes place. You will need to bring this ticket in order to gain admission to the workshop.

  • All workshop activities are determined by the presenters themselves. Be prepared to actively engage in the activities, exercises, and discussions the presenters have planned.

  • If you end up not being able to make it to a workshop you've already signed up for, please contact Mrs. Cavanaugh (lcavanaugh@d127.org) or Mr. Farrell (kfarrell@d127.org) so that room can be made for other students who are interested in attending the workshop.

  • Cheese pizza will be served in all of the workshops during lunch periods (4th through 6th). You are responsible for bringing your own beverage.
